Cancellation Policy

To respect our providers’ time and accommodate other patients, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including virtual consultations.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, and no-show appointments will incur a $100 fee.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation, resulting in a $100 fee.

Example: If your appointment is scheduled for Wednesday at 4:00 PM, you must cancel or reschedule by Monday at 4:00 PM to avoid the $50 cancellation fee.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellation requests must be made by calling 949-998-4611. If you are calling outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail with your name, date of birth, and appointment details. The time your voicemail is received will be used to determine whether cancellation fees apply.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for all patients. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize us to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file if the cancellation policy is not followed.

Cancellation fees are enforced consistently and are not waived except where required by applicable law.
